On November 22, 2021, Ira retired from traveling and returned to his mother's house again.

He thought he would be there for 3 months.

He would be there for years.

His office was his childhood bedroom.

His desk was the bottom bunk of a bunk bed.

His equipment was a laptop, a pen, and yellow legal pads.

And then the mornings began.

3 A.M.

Ira would wake up with another piece of the vision.

A system.

A company.

A coaching role.

A process.

A policy.

A platform.

A diagram.

Something else that needed to exist.

So he built it.

Then he built the next thing.

Then the next.

For years, his life became extraordinarily simple.

Wake up.

Receive the vision.

Build.

Eat.

Build.

Walk.

Receive more.

Build again.

Sleep.

Repeat.

The first yellow legal pad filled quickly.

Then another.

Then another.

The pages became diagrams.

The diagrams became frameworks.

The frameworks became systems.

And the systems became ecosystems, forming the architecture of seven levels of coaching.

Consultant.

Coach.

Community Coach.

Group Coach.

General Coach.

Head Coach.

Celebrity Coach.

But Ira wasn't simply creating titles.

He was building the infrastructure required for someone to actually become each one.

And he was doing it while living with almost nothing.

The yellow pages eventually filled his dresser.

Then his closet.

Then the floor.

Hundreds of pages began spilling out of his childhood bedroom.

Eventually, he stopped writing.

He started typing.

Because there was simply too much to write.

But while Ira was building, the outside world wasn't exactly welcoming the idea.

From January twenty twenty-two through March twenty twenty-four, the Business Celebrity concept faced more than 1,000 documented rejections.

One after another.

Call after call.

Conversation after conversation.

But Ira never saw the “no’s” as rejection.

To him, they were part of the process.

Every “no” showed him something.

Every misunderstanding exposed something that needed to be built.

Every objection revealed another piece of the system.

And while the world kept saying no—

Ira kept building.

For years.

Then, after 5 years away from corporate America, something inside him finally broke.
